职位描述：

KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES/主要职责 ( include EHSS responsibilities)

-Help to plan and implement the organization’s training and development strategy so that the competency and performance of employees meet the organization’s current and future needs

-Identify qualification requirements to support WGC qualification matrix development and maintenance.

-Facilitate the new employee engagement program.

-Design, sourcing and implement training programs which satisfy team or individual qualification requirements.

-Work with line managers to evaluate training results, and bring feedback to team for training course optimization.

-Regularly monitor and report qualification status, and analyse potential issues.

-Counsel employees and managers about the company’s training and meeting directives, and regularly review and update these documents.

-Yearly review cost efficiency to optimize budget planning rules, and complete budget planning.

-Other HR assignments as requested.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATION/必备条件(education, language, expertise, functional competencies)

-Strong motivation in training and people development function

-Excellent analytical thinking, be able to identify key issue and develop the workable solution

-Strong communication skills, innovative, initiative

-Having trainer experience is preferred

-Over 5-years working experience

-Good English speaking & writing skills

-College and above degree.
