职位描述：
Internal Communications:
? Draft internal news for important projects/events upon request. Edit and distribute e-newsletters on a weekly basis.
? Implement internal campaigns (either online or offline) to strengthen employees’ awareness and commitment to company’s mission, vision and values, especially in the areas of ethics, environmental protection, health & safety.
? Maintain the Vale China Document Center and Photo bank on a weekly basis to make sure all the institutional publications, visuals, reports and other required documents are archived in time.

External communications (media relations, digital media, branding):
? Work together with the external agency to distribute high-quality monitoring report on daily basis. Review and update the keywords pool and distribution list on a regular basis or upon requests.
? Maintain and update the corporate website of Vale in China upon requests.
? Provide support in the launch and maintenance of the social media accounts in China.
? Evaluate all the designs to ensure them to be compliant to Vale’s brand guideline.
? Develop ideas for corporate gifts every year.
? Assist in the execution of external media roundtables/press conferences as required as well as visit programs from SNR Vale executives.

Other:
? Support the team on the service/product procurement process, adhering to all Vale guidelines and ethical policies, and manage the third-party supplier contracts.
? Provide support to both Communications and External Affairs team in key stakeholders engagement upon requests.

 EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
? Must have a Bachelor’s degree from a respected Chinese or overseas University or institution with preferred concentration on Journalism, Media/Communications, Political Science, Languages or Business/Int’l Business.
? 3- 5 years of relevant working experience in Multinational Enterprise or Major Chinese Enterprise that has overseas business exposure. Prior work in a Communications Agency, PR Firm or Consultancy also valued.
? Must have demonstrated fluency in Mandarin and English (both verbal and written), Portuguese or other languages are an asset 举报 分享
