JOB NATURE

1 Delivering HR consulting projects, which may include position evaluation, compensation, performance management, organization design, executive compensation, short term incentive, HR process, change management or HR technology solutions, etc.

2 Identify, assess and resolve issues/problems

3 Prioritize and oversee activities of others to meet deadlines and quality standards

4 Interact with client frequently around specific work efforts/deliverables

5 Coach junior team members and provide advice on procedures/work methods to individuals who may be at the same level

6 Supporting our other lines of services as appropriate and necessary

7 Assist our practice in business development work, such as proposal preparation and part of the team for bidding of global / regional opportunities.


EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE


1 Bachelor degree or above in human resource management, psychology, statistics or related discipline

2 Have related C&B consulting experiences, multinational preferred, or internal consultant of Large MNC.

3 Strong analytical skill with high commitment to quality client service

1 Good sense of business, good consultation and communication skills, self-initiation, good team player and willingness to work under pressure

2 Mature, proactive and committed

3 Excellent written and oral communication skills in both English and Mandarin Chinese, including both technical and business writing, good documentation and presentation skills

4 Can accept business travel
