职位描述：
TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES主要工作内容:
？ Plan and execute the events such as Corporate Travel Forum (CTF) and CTF summit, CAB, media events, roadshow, and other offline/online events as the event organizer and campaign driver.
？ Search on the speaking Opps and Sponsorship, such as ACTE, German chamber Ball. Manage logistics and follow up on sales leads.
？ Manage major internal events for APAC and China region, such as Corporate Appreciation Annual Event, Roadshow, Movie day for clients and company annual party.
？ Source and manage vendors for giveaways and digital projects such as video/photo shooting, etc.
？ Work closely with Corporate Solution department, get potential business leads from a variety of events.
？ Support on VI related projects, websites design, social media tools, etc.
？ Any other targets assigned.
CRITICAL QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE 关键资历/技能/经验
？ 5-8 years MarComm experience in a multinational company or a reputable agency. At least 3 years’ working experience as an independent project/team leader.
？ Bachelor degree and fluent business English are required. (CMT-6 > 520)
？ Strong time management, and project planning/organization/management skills.
？ Good communication skills and team working attitude.
？ Possess innovative ideas, and strong problem-solving skills.
？ A quick-learner and self-motivated.
？ Flexible and efficient in handling multi tasks
