Description: 
This position will be a key position of Creature of Creation in retail strategy domestically & globally

The primary focus of procurement team is on Creature of Creation’s business which covers the merchandising fields of porcelain, metal, glass, plastic and silica gel which extends around 50-80 skus annually.

The key objective of procurement team is to enable extraordinary value delivery 
by providing highly skilled professional procurement resources responsible for sourcing for export from China.


Roles & Responsibilities: 
Procurement Delivery:  
Delivering significant year-on-year value delivery/landed cost savings targets for the specified spend sector categories.
Developing a solid sourcing strategy for merchandising categories and executing a pipeline of sourcing projects for the specified categories in which have been identified as the potential source of supply.  
Activities to include technical and commercial bid clarification, negotiations, and order commitment. 
Ensuring goods are delivered on time, in full and at the specified quality. 
Supply Market: 
Pro-actively identifying and qualifying potential new suppliers within the specified spend sector through leveraging China/ South East Asia supply markets knowledge and intelligence from external sources.
Developing relationships with the key strategic suppliers within the specified spend sector categories and managing such suppliers within COC’s performance management framework  
Functional Capabilities:  
Interacting with design and operation teams on a regular basis to understand demand and identify potential China sourcing opportunities.  Gathering information and data on the market conditions and communicating to internal teams.
Establishing strong networks with the relevant in-country procurement leads.
Effectively developing and utilizing available standard Procurement tools and processes.

Education & Experience Requirements: 
Bachelor’s degree
Minimum 7 years of working experience and at least 4 year experience in similar role
Strong background in sourcing and merchandising ODM/OEM engineered items.
Proven experience in supplier sourcing, development, continuous improvement, driving change and developing meaningful results orientated relationships with suppliers
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Analytical and detailed oriented
High integrity and flexibility
Self-starter and ability to work independently
Advanced Microsoft Office Skills
Proficient in spoken and written English and Mandarin
