职位描述：
主要职责
1. 发展潜在客户，建立关系，拓展业务机会。主要洽谈客户群体: 零售客户，经销商客户和家具采购业者（设计，房地产和建筑公司）
2. 负责客户拜访与接待，传递品牌故事与产品系列介绍，订单签订及跟进
3. 擅长团队沟通、客户管理、商品管理、陈列管理，物流配送，熟悉銷售流程的制定执行与改善
4. 追求销售盈利成长最大化，客源成长，积极销售品牌产品。完成管理团队制定的销售指标，提出创新方案，数据分析，落实执行想法
5. 维护现有销售渠道，提出销售加强方案，与管理团队制定市场开发及营销策略

任职要求
1. 大专及以上学历，設計、营销或管理相关专业，中英文流利；
2. 兩年以上高端家居销售经历，对时尚界、奢侈品及高端家居领域有较强的市场敏感性与热情
3. 较强的團隊沟通能力，能够承受较大的工作强度和工作压力，达成销售指标
4. 有一定的客户资源及销售网络优先
5. 熟悉办公及设计软件如MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Powerpoint)、Photoshop、Indesign等

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1 Develop potential business accounts/ customers and build relationships with customers, develop new business opportunities. Main clients including retail, distributors, and furniture purchase professionals (design, real estate, and architectural firms)
2 Visit/Receive clients to demonstrate brand story and product collections to obtain and follow orders
3 Proficient at team coordination, client management, product management, display, logistic. Understand/execute/improve the sales process from time to time
4 Achieve maximum sales profitability, growth and account penetration by effectively selling Maison Dada products. Achieve sales target set by the management team with innovative ideas, data analyze, and strong execution
5 Maintain relationship with current distributors, observe and propose actions to improve sales. Support the management team to decide strategy for market development and marketing plan

REQUIREMENTS
1. University degree or above, specialized in design, marketing or management. Proficient in English and Chinese
2. preferably to have relevant working experiences in high end furniture brands for more than 2 years, have high sensibility and passion to fashion, luxury, life style markets
3. Good communication skills with the team. Can accept intense working rhythm and pressure to achieve sales target
4. Preferably to have client database and sales network
5. Proficient at office software as MS Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint), Photoshop, Indesign…etc
