职位描述：
Reponsibility:
- Provide manufacturing support for existing production line
- Lead Assembly Process set up at the beginning of NPI.
- Write, maintain and train work instruction. Manage document change.
- Following up quality issue on production line and tracking for quality improvement on FGs
- Watch out production line efficiency and work on continuous improvement
- Support sourcing personnel and quality personnel to verify specification and provide technical support for FA approval.
- Conduct study and review of production line scrap and address appropriate improvement plan, coordinate with other colleague to execute the improvement plan.
- Resolve manufacturing problems, clarify/improve/streamline the processes to create a more efficient and effective manufacturing environment. Identify Problem itself, its root cause, address short-term fix, long-term corrective plan and implement plan.
- Support local fixture and tooling configure with UK instruments before shipping to end user
- Lead production line lean activities and 5S improvement.
- Cross training on different function and support cross team on technical issues.
- Additional duties as assigned.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering or Engineering Technology
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience. Knowledge and experience of high precision technical industrial would be beneficial
- Working knowledge & Internal Quality System Auditing experience
- Should be a strong team player with flexibility to adapt to organizational needs and priorities.
- Root cause analysis and problem solving skills
- Lean manufacturing experience and training request
- Self-starter
- Bi-language skill (both Chinese and English) to effectively communicate in verbal and written forms. 举报 分享
