1. Regulatory Compliance Program & Procedure (50%)
？ Independantly monitor and enhance corporate regulatory compliance program and procedure, including but not limited to Anti-fraud, Anti-corruption, Data Privacy, Record Retention, Connected Transaction, Clean Desk, Code of Conduct, etc.
？ Participate in safeguarding and enhancing whistleblower program, monitoring and supporting WB investigation, discipline and follow up of other remedial actions.
？ Other matters manager instructed.
2. Compliance Awareness and Culture Enhancement (50%)
？ Proactively implement compliance training events, to promote and enhance compliance culture within corporate, including but not limited to annual risk & compliance day, bi-weekly compliance newsletter, online or classroom training, workshop, compliance awareness training, training the trainer program and other compliance innovative activities.
？ Effectively implement and furether enhance compliance KPI evaluation program.
Requirements:
？ Skilled Word and PowerPoint user.
？ Advanced English.
？ Experienced Project Management.
？ Smart and creative thinking, innovative, self-driven, down-to-detail, proactive working attitude with high ethical standard, fast learner and good teamwork player.
？ Legal background is preferred.
？ At least 10+ year working experience, with 3+ year in legal, compliance, internal audit or risk management in financial institution.
？ Capable of working independently under pressure.
