■ Manage client phone calls and emails and respond to them with professionalism

■ Advise team members of any development or inquiries from the client

■ 与团队合作,创建工作计划、预算和时间安排
■ Produce and review various accounts-related documents including work plans, budgets, schedules, monthly billing summaries, creative briefs, and artwork schedules in Chinese or English

■ Share all relevant project-related documentation with other team members
■ 开放进行的工作/阶段数字并且给团队建议
■ Open ongoing job/stage numbers and advise the team

■ Update and archive documentation efficiently;

■ Organise deliveries to the client;

■ Assist manager to arrange transfer of work between team and creative studios
■ 帮助确认在整个会议期间全队的参与;准备会议室以及会议的所有必要书面文件
■ Plan meetings ensuring a full attendance of the relevant teams and prepare all supporting documentation in prevision for the meetings
■ 协助经理简报设计/数码工作室任何特别的顾客需求,也就是bmp,pdf,CD, ISDN等一些工作。
■ Assist manager to brief design/digital studio of any client requests regarding for instance BMP, PDF, CD, or ISDN

■ Attend internal work review sessions and take notes
■ 协助经理跟进客户技术信息、产品以及需求等
■ Assist manager in requesting clients for technical specifications or other information.

■ Act as minute taker during meetings and internal debrief sessions and produce meeting minutes within 24 hours for distribution among the team;

■ Adjust on-going estimates for any additional fees/costs with manager
■ 了解项目可能产生的折扣/优惠率
■ Be aware of any discounted/favoured rates that a project may be working under
■ 确保所有客户files, pdfs CD-Roms要求费用计到客户帐上
■ Ensure all on going client requests for specific files or CDs are billed to client
■ 支持收账
■ Support debt collection efforts

Production:
■ 每日管理生产流程
■ Assist manager overseeing production processes on a day-to-day basis
■ 核对所有所需的客户信息——内容报告,复印件,合同细节等
■ Collate all required client information (print specs, copy, print contract details, etc.)
■ 审查创意工作流程和时间表
■ Create artwork schedules and time sheets
■ 协调生产/设计工作室与客户团队之间的变动和信息更新
■ Liaise changes and information between production/design studio and client
■ 预定第三方艺术家;填写采购单
■ Book third-party artists and fill in purchasing orders;
■ 确保最终版本创新作品抵达正确目的地
■ Ensure delivery of artwork to correct destination with final signatures
■ 将所有创意作品归档
■ Archive artwork.
主要需求:
Main Requirements:
■ 学士学位或以上
■ Bachelor’s degree or above
■ 2-4年的工作经验或相关经验
■ 2-4 years’ experience working in agency or related industry
■ 具有精通的中/英文口语和书面交流能力
■ Professional communication skills with proficiency in oral and written English and Chinese;
■ 必备与客户沟通时成熟的判断技巧
■ Possesses maturity and judgment skills necessary for client contact
■ 管理客户预算和最后期限的能力
■ Ability to manage client budgets and deadlines
■ 优秀的研究、撰写和编辑技能,以及与客户专业交流的能力
