Responsible for hydraulics develop, including:
HCU design work to support EBS application;
Support on HCU localization (component localization);
Bench test

Line and cost center responsibilty for hydraulic competency.
Subordinates organized in 2-3 team
Reporting to ww for hydraulic China competency

manage hydralics application department
? Develop hydraulics application department capability
? Define key persons of department
? Define and execute develop plan for key persons

Create hydraulics strategy plan and get approval
? Create hydraulics competency training plan and get approval
? Execute hydraulics strategy plan and competency training plan
? Create budget of hydraulics department and get approval
? Execute and monitor budget of hydraulics department

Hydraulics deparment daily administration
? Coach, motivate hydraulics deparment team members
? Review and improve hydraulics deparment team members performance
? Set and evaluate hydraulics department team members targets
? Recruite suitable engineers for hydraulics department

? Responsible for hydraulics application in project
? Pan, assign and coordinate hydraulics application resource
? Escalate if shortage of resource
? Responsible for correctness and progress of HECU/HCU develop results to fullfil project's requirement

? Responsible for HCU release
? Collect, analyze and summarize hydraulics topics from region to headquarter
? Act as interface of hydraulics to hydraulics develop w.w.

? Provide expert knowledge to colleagues
? Provide expert knowledge to customers
? Provide expert knowledge to public events
? Take overview of HCU technology and roadmap

Requirement:
At least university Degree,major in mechanical or automotive engineering
Familiar with the structure and theory of the automobile, brake systems and the EBS System
At least 5 years work experience in related area
At least five year working experience in related area or much work experience on large projects
