职位描述：
工作职责：

- 负责日常会计业务：检查应收帐款，应付帐款和其他支持文件工作。
- 增值税/营业税发票的数据流程适用于公司系统，以确保财务合规。
- 负责会计凭证和总账登记。
- 负责月末和年终结算和准备时间表和报告，确保总帐保持良好并及时，高效，准确地关闭。
- 负责每月资产负债表对账，对损益进行分析性审查，并对未完成项目进行跟踪。
- 整理档案会计凭证。
- 准备企业或政府要求的各种内部/外部报告。
- 负责年度法定和税收审计。
- 协助部门经理进行本地财务系统实施和其他工作任务。

职位要求：
- 大专以上学历会计相关专业
- 一年以上相关工作经验
- 关注细节
- 能熟练操作Word\Excel等
- 语言能力：基本英语沟通能力

ACCOUNTABILITIES

- Perform daily accounting operating; check Account Receivable, Account Payable data entries and supporting documents.
- Data process of Value Added Tax / Business Tax invoices applied to company systems to ensure the finance compliance.
- Taking charge of the accounting voucher and the registration of general ledger.
- Perform month-end & year-end closing and preparing schedules and reports, ensuring that the general ledger is well maintained and closed out in a timely, efficient, and accurate manner.
- Prepare monthly balance sheet reconciliation, analytical review on P&L and follow up on the outstanding items.
- File accounting documents.
- Prepare various internal/external reports required by Corporate or government.
- Provide support to annual statutory audit, and tax fillings.
- Supporting accounting manager for local finance system implementation and any ad hoc assignment.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

Requires a bachelor degree, diploma or equivalent, major in Accounting or related fields, and at least one-year accounting work experience

SKILLS & CERTIFICATIONS

? Strong multi-task ability to follow-through and attention to details.
? Professional and proactive service attitude, flexible and able to work under pressure.
? Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite: Excel.
