Responsibilities:

Planning and implement the business strategies to achieve sales target, profit margin and market share increase.

Implement the various policy and plans to ensure target, profit margin and market share are met

Hold meeting with sales personnel to understand market trend and possible assistance that they may need.

To conduct monthly on product update and competition update

Preparing yearly plan of all activities necessary to achieve yearly target

Prepare and keep proper records of all plans and activities for monthly reviews and quarterly appraisals

Meet customers together with the distributors' sales personnel

Train distributors and sales personnel to adequately and professionally cover their designated market

Requirements:

Bachelor degree or above most in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering

4 years working experience in leader of sales in a foreign company

Fluent in written and spoken English

Very good PC skills, able to use MS-office programs

Willing to work hard and facing challenge

Good personality, excellent sales sense and good manage skill
