Purpose of the job:
To effectively manage production team to meet the needs of the business growth in the company.
Principle Accoutabilities

Responsible for day-to-day production of the plant
Responsible for quality, delivery and cost for the production on site.
Ensure company quality procedures and manufacturing instructions are followed across all production areas;
Take the lead of implementing corrective actions and preventative actions at productions to ensure products delivered to customers meet the highest quality standard.
Look after to utilize production capacity in best way and strive for promoting productivity to highest standard
Responsible for adequate planning of production.
Maintain close control of production materials and completed products.
Evaluations of alliances and sub-contract arrangements as necessary
Promote the proactive development of Production personnel providing leadership to the production function.
Promote development of Production personnel in accordance with business objectives. This will include training solutions, training planning, maintenance of required competence and employee development activities
Know and understand the roles and duties related to environment
Proactively driven for improvement activities in production organization aiming at improve business performances
Any other special tasks, duties or assignments given or ordered by line manager.

Requirement
- Minimum university education major in Chemical,Management or Mechanical engineering or related field.
- Good knowledge of SAP & Good knowledge of ISO 9000 / TS16949 required.
- Fluent in English
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
- Computer skills: MS Office
- Strong on-site management skills
- More than 6 years experience in manufacturing field, preferably with background and experience
in auto or chemical industry.
