职位描述
Principle Accountabilities
1. Assigned Key Customers Responsibility:
? Work closely with JM Shanghai and oversea team, to set up Sales Quantity and NR Budget plus 3 Year Plan of these customers yearly, to achieve or exceed budget and 3 Year Plan. Ensure on time payment from customers.
? Secure current business and develop new business opportunities with these customers to increase market share and NR.
? Close communication with these customers to ensure that JM gets the earliest and most accurate information from customers. Improve the customer planning and ordering forecast to achieve more efficient operations. Build and improve relationship with customers to enhance JM's image.
? Negotiate with customers for all commercial related issues including contract negotiation.
2. New Business Development: Identify and develop potential business area and customers together with management team, to increase market share and NR.
3. Strategy and Others:
? Regular report to management team to cover regarding market and competitor analysis, suggestion on JM's commercial strategy for related business area and customers.
? Be part of team of developing and implementing sales strategy for related business and customers.
? Keep learning new commercial and technical knowledge.
? Commercial support to other sales staff and other Departments.
