Purpose of Job
To assist HR Manager with HR generalist role to support business
Principle Accountabilities
· To screen the applications, score tests, conduct interviews for junior positions, including security guard, cleaner, gardener, driver, operator, etc.
· To help with execute Internal Referral Policy and follow up the referral reward.
· To be in charge of interview arrangement, including phone interview, face-to-face interview, test, assessment, etc.
· To handle the database management of job website.
· To arrange healthy test for potential candidates before signing offer letter.
· To assist with executing regular performance review of each employee.
· To follow-up the performance evaluation before each probation.
Person Specification
· Degree in HR Qualification or related equivalent certification
· University education major in Psychology, HR or Business Administration
· Good knowledge of China Labour Law
· Fluent in English
· Excellent analytical and communication skills
· Computer skills: MS Office
· E-HR System know-how
· 3-5 year experience in a fast-growing business as HR generalist role
· Take initiative, effective communication skill, team player, quick-learner.
