职位描述
Position Summary:
Provide legal and strategic guidance on a wide range of company operations.
Position Responsibilities:
-Receive internal inquiry and provide legal advice in daily work for a wide coverage of prc law related issues, especially contract, labor, financial, etc.
-Negotiate, draft, review, modify various legal documents( commercial contracts, purchasing contracts, insurance contracts, consortium contracts, agency contracts, secrecy agreement, license agreement, business development agreement, bank guarantee, etc...)
-Risk analysis, keep alert to laws update and conduct legal research on assigned issues;
-Manage claims and collections, supervise and coordinate external law firms for arbitration/litigation affairs;
-Deliver internal legal and compliance related trainings;
-Take charge of routine legal documentation for corporate governance and other corporate secretariat duties when necessary;
Report regularly to the French Head Office Legal Department.
Must:
-Good command of written and spoken English, as well as PC skills;
-Good communication, team working and management skills;
-Able to work independently with minimal supervision;
-Able to read, analyze and interpret complex documents;
-Able to respond effectively to the most sensitive inquiries or complaints;
-Able to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists;
-Problem solving with some creativity is imperative.
-Qualified PRC lawyer with ten or more years;
-In depth knowledge of economic and general business law is a must and prior in-house experience with an international company
-Extensive experience in areas of corporate operating related law and legal practice.
Preferred:
-Written and spoken French is plus
-Legal counsel role in MNC is a plus
