Responsibilities工作职责：
- 在执行一个项目时，担任项目经理与供应商之间的联络人。
Cooperate with Project Manager, Department Supervisor and suppliers during the whole project implementation.
-在规定的时间和预算内，协助项目经理和部门主管建立各类文档（澄清、不一致性报告、进度报告和检查报告），提供技术支持及提交检查报告。
Assist PM and Department Supervisor to establish all kinds of documents (Clarification / NCR / progress report and inspection report) and conformity of fabricated quipments with drawings & specifications and QCPs within deadline.
- 在规定预算内，提出合理的现场跟踪和检查所需人力和物力。
Requires manpower and material to reach Follow up and inspection tasks within budget and deadline.
- 项目执行过程中及时检查和沟通执行情况，定期报告项目进度和质量上是否存在偏差，并与供应商一起组织阶段会议，确定可能的改正措施。
According to the project plan, update project implement status, report if there is any deviations for the progress and quality on time. Organize regular meeting with suppliers to make corrective measures.
- 给予供应商技术支持，在必要时提出可行的改进建议。
Provide technical support to suppliers, suggest improvement when necessary.
- 熟悉相关图纸、技术方案和质量控制文件 。
Familiar with related drawings 、Specifications and Quality Control Documents.
- 完成项目技术和质量总结。
Finalize project summary in both technical and quality.
- 收集内部和供应商验收相关文件和整理制造流程。
Collect internal and supplier checking documents and draft manufactory procedure.
- 提供未来的产品开发，特性和功能的反馈;
Offer feedback on future product development, features and functions;
- 为其他部门提供支持。
Support other department if needs.

Requirements要求：
Candidates with a Bachelor degree in Mechanical or equivalent.
Minimum 5years experience in a similar role,
Good teamwork spirit and coordinating ability;
Willing to take business travel, can work under pressure;
