(Assistant) Insights Manager

What’s the opportunity?

As the manager of our North Asia Insights team, you will lead your team or research analysts to ensure prompt delivery of service on a variety of analysis projects with our customers in North Asia.

You will inspire and motivate your team to deliver insights and understandings through innovative methodologies to open up possibilities. You will promote trust-based client relationships, share your ideas to develop customer oriented solutions and support cross-department collaborations including business development and knowledge sharing.

What will you be responsible for?

Leading and managing a high performing team of research analysts;

Ensuring all projects and reports delivered by the team meet Isentia & client expectations;

Driving innovation and process improvements;

Measuring and improving performance and productivity;
