DIMENSIONS OF ASSIGNMENT

Reports to (position): Technical Supervisor
GENERAL

1. Implement technology improvement projects and deliver results to improve plant KPIs
2. Optimize process conditions and develop procedures to improve plant performance
3. Implement of new technology to improve overall performance (Quality, Yield, Uptime & Cost)
4. Conduct plant tests and new product development
5. Assist in developing and/or reviewing standard operating procedures
6. Assist in investigating product quality complaints from our customers
7. Assist in training and development of technicians and operators
8. Assist in improving plant quality management system
9. Be responsible for providing specifications for raw materials, packaging, process control and finished product
10. Provide technical support to operations for dealing day to day production and quality issues
11. Participate in plant process safety management

QUALIFICATIONS要求

1. Master's degree in High Polymer Materials, Chemical Engineering, Polymer Science or relevant discipline
高分子材料，化学工程及工艺等专业，硕士学历
2. Relevant manufacturing working experience in Polymer and/or Fiber Manufacturing Process with knowledge in process equipment operation and maintenance is preferred.
有相关合成或纤维生产工艺工作经验优先。
3. Fresh graduate with master degree can be also considered.
可考虑应届毕业生。
4. Fluent in both written and spoken English
良好的英文能力。
5. Familiar with basic statistic tool & analysis
