岗位描述：

1、负责公司日常美术设计需求、广告处理、平面设计（VI视觉设计，海报，DM单，展架）等工作。

2、负责公司产品的界面进行设计、编辑、美化等工作；

3、根据文案内容，制作具有强烈营销感和视觉冲击的图片

4、根据运营推广主题方案更新优化网站图片、协助推广，进行PC端、移动端的页面等设计；

任职要求：

1、网页设计、广告设计、平面设计等相关专业毕业，有1年以上平面设计或网页设计经验；

2、 能熟练使用photoshop、AIr、Indesign等设计工具；

3、有扎实的美术功底与色彩感，善于创意；有策划设计思路，有丰富的想象力和创造力，有较强的视觉表现能力

4、 具有较强的广告创意表现能力，执行力强、精力充沛，能够适应较快的工作节奏；

5、 性格开朗，具有良好的沟通和团队协作能力；具备很强的学习能力和解决问题的能力；

6、设计展览、陈列设计经验者优先

Isa Ye, founder of di, has received bachelor degrees in design and marketing and a master’s degree in economics. She has accumulated rich work experience in consulting, manufacturing, fashion and design media industries. She had served as executive publisher of domus China for ten years. And during her tenure, she had edited and published 100 issues of domus China and lots of other customized publications, and established in-depth collaboration with more than 400 globally renowned companies and prestigious domestic brands.
