职位描述：
- 将订单下给相应的供应商（如有需要）
- 催促供应商将订单签字盖章回传（总是需要）
- 每周电话，邮件催促供应商，确保供应商能按时交货（总是需要）
- 如订单交期有问题，需通知部门采购经理以及物流部门的相关操作（总是需要）
- 收集并整理好供应商发来的装箱清单，并逐一检查，确保供应商提供正确的信息，并统一发给物流部门（总是需要）
- 其他办公室文职工作，扫描，复印等文档整理工作，以及样品整理收发工作（总是需要）
- 部分产品或者用品的采购工作（如果需要）

求职者要求:
- 每周上班时间为12小时，可一个半全天或者三个半天（如每周一，三，五下午）
- 态度积极，善沟通
- 会熟练用基本的办公室软件，WORD, EXCEL, OUTLOOK等 举报 分享
