职位描述：
1、 负责中英文合同及公司法律文件之起草、审核及管理;
responsible for the English and Chinese contracts and legal documents for the drafting, review and management
2、 对公司项目提供法律支持；
Provide legal support for company projects
3、 为公司各部门提供法律咨询;
Provide legal advice to all departments of the company
4、 与外包商的沟通协调工作。
Communicate and coordinate with outsourcers.
任职要求
Requirements
1、 本科以上学历，法律专业，持司法资格证书；
Bachelor's degree or above, the legal profession, holding judicial qualifications;
2、 有3年以上相关法律工作经验；
there are at least 3 years of relevant experience in legal work;
3、有合作精神；
there is a spirit of cooperation;
4、 思维敏捷缜密，思路清晰，语言和文字表达能力强;
careful quick thinking, clear thinking, language and writing ability.
5、流利的英文沟通能力;
