职位描述：
Responsibilities:
1. Develop, implement and monitor the HR Overall Planning and Regulations, including Employee handbook and labor contracts.
2. Direct the recruitment, employment, admission and termination related formalities to ensure the practice meet business needs and fully aligned with legal requirements.
3. Responsible for solving labor disputes and associated with legal issue
4. Employee data management: sort and keep all employee data including personal information, labor contract, performance evaluation records, ensure the accurate and authenticity of the personnel files.
5. Enforce and monitor the execution of non-disclosure/confidential regulation.
6. Be responsible for the execution of employee welfare policy.
7. Monitor the HR agency; Ensure all employee social welfare are paid according to the law.
8. Assure that the appropriate tools for annual appraisals are in place, well implemented and executed.
9. Develop, implement and monitor the execution of employee training and new hiring employee training.
10. Organize the activities of defining department function and establish job description for each position.
11. Develop the policy and monitor the management of employee daily attendance.
12. Manage employee annual leave.
13. Organization chart updating and announce when necessary.

Qualifications:
1. At least five years experience in HR & Admin management
2. Human Resource Management or related Bachelor degree or above.
3. Good understanding modern enterprise human resource management models and practical experience accumulated, in-depth understanding of the various functional modules of the Human Resource management.
4. Familiar with relevant state policies, laws and regulations.
5. Strong ability of planning and execution
6. Good interpersonal skills, organization and coordination skills, communication and solve complex problems skills.
7. Passionate, solid professional foundation, with a strong sense of innovation, learning ability and work under pressure
8. Language : Chinese, English
