Position: Receptionist (前台、行政助理)
Department/Region: Administration Department / Shanghai

Reports to: Office Manager
OVERVIEW
This is a admin supporting role that will be required to ensure the reception area functions smoothly.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Keep all meeting rooms clean and tidy and manage it
Greet and welcome guests
Answer and transfer telephone calls to relevant parties
Manage and replenish courier, mails, brochures, stationery, groceries and etc.
Arrange driver and accommodation
Maintain print, storage and etc.
Assists day-to-day assignments with Client Service Team
Other ad hoc projects
PERSONAL SPECIFICATION
PROFESSIONAL AND/OR TECHNICAL QUALIFICATIONS
Educational degree essential, major in English
SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
Organization and communication skills - fluent spoken and written English required
IT knowledge and proficiency with Microsoft Windows platforms
Time management skills with the ability to work alone and simplify the complex
Immediate available is preferred
PERSONAL QUALITIES
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate well with a wide range of internal and external partners
Positive working attitude with strong analytical and excellent problem solving skills
Able to deal with pressure of a heavy workload and work independently
Flexible and open to change and new information; adapts behaviour and work methods accordingly
