Position Introduction
The Account Manager will be reporting to the Group Account Director. He/she will be assigned a portfolio of clients to manage. As the first point of contact of our clients, he/she will create a relation based on trust and transparency.
Job Duties
1. Take care of our clients’ needs and happiness on a regular basis (basis defined for each client)
2. Be the main point of contact for our clients regardless of the expertise(s) involved among creative (design), technic (development) and marketing (SEO, SEM, RTB, Web Analytics)
3. Ensure excellent communication and collaboration between all internal and external team members
4. Ensure that our team deliver in time and quality
5. Organize monthly meetings and lead them
6. Always commit to answer any question of our clients in a short time
7. Deliver pro-active consulting to our customers to generate needs
8. Ensure that the needs of our clients are well understood by our production and marketing team and deliver proper consulting internally
9. Be supportive with the production team and help find solutions if issues arise
10. Assist the business development team develop proposals and pitches and present these to clients
11. Responsible to lead the answer of new opportunities coming from existing portfolio accounts from preparation to presentation
12. Be a team player and an example for the team
13. Never stop learning and share your knowledge with the team
14. Support the communication team and produce some quality content about Chinese digital landscape market that will be pushed on our different channels
15. Always consider happiness of our team and clients first
Job Qualifications
1. Over 2 years working experiences in a digital agency
2. Digital culture is a must
3. Ability to understand and measure campaign performance that will generate measurable results for the client
4. Highly adaptable and able to work across a number of clients and projects, managing them all confidently and with a high level of competence
5. Excellent verbal communications skills and solid negotiation skills with ability to maintain productive relationships with clients, co-workers and vendor partners
6. Language ability: fluent in both speaking and written Chinese and English
7. Good organizational skills and client management skills
8. Knowledge of web design, web development, SEO, SEM, RTB, Web Analytics is a must
9. Knowledge of CMS (Drupal), Framework (Symfony) or e-commerce platforms (Magento, Hybris, Demandware) is a plus
10. Web analytics tool (Google Analytics, Adobe Anlaytics, Baidu Tongji) certification is a plus
Job Conditions
1. Position: full time
2. Availability: within 1 month
3. Bonus system: for Chinese New Year a bonus will be calculated based on the performance of the company
4. The company pays pension insurance, maternity insurance, unemployment insurance, medical insurance, work related insurance, as well as housing fund
5. Holidays: 14 paid holidays in addition to the Chinese official holidays.
6. Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm

12. 团队协作,并起表率作用
13.不断学习并在团队里分享知识
14.支持沟通团队,并对中国数字市场环境写一些有质量的文章,这些文章将在我们的不同渠道中发布

职位要求
1. 在数字咨询公司工作2年以上工作经验
2. 具有数字文化背景
3. 能够理解和衡量一种能为客户产生可测量结果的活动
4. 极强的适应能力,能同时面对多个客户和项目,并能对多个客户进行自信高水准的管理
5. 优秀的口头沟通能力和良好的谈判技巧,有能力与客户、同事和供应商的合作伙伴保持良好的合作关系
6. 语言能力:流利的中英文听说读写能力
7. 良好的组织能力和客户管理能力
8. 了解网页设计、网站开发,SEO,SEM,RTB,网站分析知识
9. 了解CMS(Drupal )、框架(symfony)或电子商务平台(Magento,hybris,Demandware)者优先
10. 具有网站分析工具证书者尤佳(Google Analytics,Adobe anlaytics,百度统计)
工作条件
1. 职位类型:全职
2. 到职期限:1个月内
3. 奖金:根据公司上一年度的经营情况而定
4. 公司将缴纳社会保险及公积金,个人部分公司将为员工代扣缴纳
5. 年假:14天每年
6. 工作时间:每周一至五, 早上9点至晚上6点
