职位描述：
岗位职责：
1、负责公司对外客户关系的建立和维护；
2、负责行业的资源互换合作，维系日常合作关系客户及开发；
3、积极进行商务拓展，包括商务谈判、协议签署及合作关系开发；
4、整理、收集、分析行业动态，对竟争对手的合作情况进行监控和分析；
5、依据公司的市场策略协助制定市场运作的计划；

任职要求：
1、具有丰富的人脉关系，涉猎面广泛；愿意跟不同人群成为朋友，并善于挖掘和利用社会资源；
2、具备优秀的销售技巧和商务谈判技巧，有良好的心理素质和较强的人际交往公关能力；
3、优秀的组织协调管理能力、人际沟通能力和判断能力；
4、具有良好的公关工作经验，能制定符合公司战略的公关策略；
5、具有敏锐的洞察力和行业分析能力，能及时捕捉社会热点、行业动态并及时制定及执行传播计划；
6、工作细致踏实，有责任心，团队合作意识强，能够认真投入完成本职工作；
7、具有保险、基金、证券等相关金融行业市场经验者优先。 举报 分享
