Vita Student has its own in-house Management Company – Vita Student Management - to ensure the delivery of the brand’s exceptional lifestyle experience for its tenants, and maximum occupancy and returns for its property owners.


The Opportunity:
The brand has been especially popular within the Chinese student community - 30% of our current business in Vita Student is from Chinese students and we are targeting that number to be 50% within the next 18 months. To cater for this exceptional demand, Vita Student Management will be establishing a lettings office in Mainland China to increase brand awareness and achieve an increase in the number of Chinese customers living at Vita Student residences in the UK.
Vita Student Management is looking for a highly motivated and ambitious individual with the desire to build a brand in a new territory and to assist with the marketing and letting of its luxury student apartments across the whole of its portfolio.
This is a unique opportunity for the right candidate to thrive in this brand new role, integral to the growth of the Vita Student brand in China.

Job Role:
To be part of the Vita Student Administrative and Lettings Team and support the marketing and letting of student accommodation, to achieve 100% occupancy within the accommodation portfolio for the forthcoming academic year.

The role will also comprise various office management responsibilities including:

* Welcome and attend to all visitors, ensuring they are dealt with swiftly and professionally.
* Handle all telephone enquiries courteously and efficiently
* Maintain the reception, meeting and show apartment areas to ensure an impressive and professional appearance.
* Purchase office supplies and oversee office expenses
* Liaise with building management and handle all facilities issues
* Manage courier systems, stationery and general office orders and other third party suppliers as necessary.
* Carry out a range of administrative tasks as required to support all functions of the office as required.


Reporting
This role will report directly to the Office Manager.

Role requirements

Qualifications:
University Degree or the equivalent. Fluent English and Mandarin – written and verbal

Experience:
You will be experienced in aspects of self-sufficient small office administration.

Key Skills:
* The ideal candidate will possess a good mix of organisational & client management.
* He or she will be highly organised, creative and possess exceptional communication skills.
* Must be highly motivated and be able to work independently.
* A quick learner who works well under his or her own initiative, is proactive, commercially astute and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
* Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision
