职位描述：
Skill & Specialty requirement：
1. Possess good computer skill and experience in ERP system,
2. Preferable knowledge in writing, reading and speaking English will be an advantage.
3. Self-driven, achievement oriented and has good interpersonal skill.
4. A team player with integrity, enthusiasm, self-motivated and proactive.
5. Effective communication and analytical skill.
6. Preferable knowledge in ISO 9001 or TS 16949 Quality system.
7. Well know of ISO 14001 requirements and possess strong environmental consciousness and responsibility.

Job Responsibility & Authority:
1. Responsible for the production control functions including master scheduling, production planning, shop scheduling.
2. Provide effective and efficient planning and control of raw materials, parts and other necessities required for mass production to support operations needs.
3. Plan production manufacturing loadings which include work in process and ship dates to meet customer demands.
4. Expedite and monitor production performance against production plan.
5. Resolves and analyzes discrepancies in actual production performance versus production plan to optimize loading capacity.
6. Manage forecast demand fluctuations and analyze its impact to customer’s orders and material support.
7. Control and maintain an optimum inventory level.
8. Work with Project team closely on Engineering Change Notice (ECN) changes, First Article (FA) run and loading priority.
9. Schedules production and related functions on a daily/weekly/monthly basis.
10. Expedite and monitor to ensure on time delivery to customers.
11. Work closely with Customer Service, Engineering, Sales and other functional depts, to resolve issue, order fulfillment, reconcile discrepancies on order and etc.
12. Carry out task assigned by superior.
13. Obey company Rule and Regulation.
14. Follow all requirements on environmental protection of TPS and dispose the waste produced in working according to EMS procedures. 举报 分享
