职位描述：
工作职责：
1、负责魅力惠的客户服务工作，负责客服团队的业务管理。
2、负责客服组的制度管理，新人入职培训计划及业务流程，并不断优化客服的各项流程。
3、带领客服团队完成售前和售后工作。
4、通过消费者数据分析，发现业务机会点，推动业务改善。

任职要求：
1、 本科以上学历， 3—5年工作经验。
2、 具备较强的逻辑思维能力，和独立思考能力，能快速融入业务中去。
3、 具备客服团队的管理经验，具备电商客服管理经验者优先。
4、 良好的领导能力和沟通能力，心态客观，抗压性强。
5、 具备一定的数据敏感度和数据分析能力，可以通过数据分析，发现业务存在的问题。 举报 分享
