Responsibilities:
※ Ensure high level of occupational Safety, Industrial Safety, Quality, and Security in all your actions (10%)
※ Business development: Identification of IB possible scope on site for TNPJVC or other CGN Customers (CNOC, CITEC …) and promotion of IB solutions - (50%)
o Identify the concrete customer needs by interacting with various levels of key stakeholders of TNPJVC and CGN customer related to TSN IB scope.
o Issue proactive technical proposals to demonstrate IB competences and added value
o Answer customers’ questions in a timely manner in order to develop IB opportunities (ensure proper IP management in the same time)
o Guarantee the interfaces between Customer and AREVA IB organization (for subjects out of the NIEP new built contract):
- In developing Customer’s intimacy favoring AREVA IB portfolio related to maintenance, modifications, operation support
- In the understanding of Customer needs prior the launching of contractual process
o Ensure that proper RFQ are issued by the Customers to IB
※ Supervise ACNS offer & negotiations for projects to Taishan site (25%)
o Coordinate IB teams in order to provide customers with professional offers in a reactive and proactive manner
o Promote short terms profitable schemes and longer cooperation schemes with customers
o Drive negotiation with a “deal closing” spirit
※ Project Management and Coordination of the projects signed by ACNS/IB for Taishan Customers - (5%)
o Following the contractual process, management the project execution including on site implementation : easing up the communication, the acceptance of deliverables from AREVA IB towards the Customer
o Facilitate the relationship with TNPJVC management and project management
※ Development of IB scope for AREVA TS Project (10% of workload) :
o Periodical meetings with AREVA NP TS project
- Provide information on IB activities with CGN / TNPJVC
- Collect opportunities for IB with end Customer and AREVA NP TS
o Maximize IB involvements (contracts) in the frame of the new build contract
o Liaison with IB EPR products leader
Main Objectives:
o Development IB commercial network in Taishan: TNPJVC, CNOC, CITEC, others players
o > 5 commercial contracts with TNPJVC by end 2017 (excluding spare parts)
o Maximize IB involvements (contracts) in the frame of the new build contract
o Set-up frame agreement with TNPJVC for IB longer terms cooperation by S1 2018
Requirements:
o Bachelor degree in technical fields (electrical, mechanical,…)
o >10 years working experience in AREVA NP, more precisely in outage, specialized maintenance and modification fields
o Good Knowledge of process of Gen II NPP + EPR knowledge
o Proven commercial development skills;
o Communication skills;
o Fluent in both written and spoken English;
o Knowledge/experience in France culture and French language is a plus
