分享
岗位职责：
1、通过各类渠道，接触并筛选有效客户；
2、通过对高端私人客户的的综合理财需求分析，帮助客户制订资产配置方案并向客户提供投资建议；
3、负责配合市场部开展各项推广活动，并为客户提供详细的解释和说明；
4、通过参与组织的各种高端客户活动（理财沙龙、知识讲座、红酒品鉴、高尔夫、豪车试驾、珠宝鉴赏等），提升客户转化率；
5、通过持续跟进与服务，为客户不断提供专业的理财咨询与服务。
任职资格：
1、金融类相关专业专科及以上学历者优先考虑；
2、有证券、保险、理财师等资格证书者优先考虑；
3、具有丰富的金融专业知识，了解国内外投资理财市场的发展，对于该行业有自己的认识与思考；
4、有一定客户资源或销售经验者优先。
能力要求：
1、良好地沟通与理解能力；
2、良好地抗压能力；
3、良好地思考、分析与判断能力；
4、有一定客户资源或销售经验者优先；
5、具有一定的金融专业知识，有强烈的加入财富管理行业的愿望，并具备良好的学习能力。
