岗位职责：
1、Web前端表现层、页面制作及后端交互的设计和开发；
2、JavaScript程序模块开发，通用类库、框架编写；
3、与设计师、开发工程师紧密工作，负责产出高质量的产品前端层；
4、通过各种前端技术手段，提高用户体验并满足性能要求；
5、关注前端技术前沿，及时把新技术转化为业务开发中的生产力；
6、参与前端技术讨论并能给出解决方案或可行性建议；
7、总结工作经验，优化开发流程及代码性能；
任职要求：
1、精通HTML&CSS，熟悉 W3C 标准，会使用less进行开发
2、精通JavaScript，熟悉es2015
3、熟悉JavaScript的原型继承及闭包等常用功能
4、掌握Bootstrap、jQuery等常见框架的使用
5、熟悉前端模块化开发，能够编写出易于维护的前端代码
6、对目前主流的一些MVC、MVVM框架，如react、AngularJS、VueJS等有了解并使用的经验
7、会使用Webpack 或 Gulp 等前端构建工具实现开发流程自动化
8、熟练使用git
