职位描述：
岗位职责：
1.负责每月完成所有员工工资核算，跟进发放并进行异常处理；
2.负责每月相关报销款和其他项目的核算并跟进发放；
3.负责申报个人所得税；
4.负责核算部门绩效考核奖金并跟进发放；
5.配合部门领导完成年度人力预算、调薪、年终奖发放等项目；
6.按照部门领导要求按时提交各类人力成本核算表；
7.按月、季度、年度准时提交人力资源费数据报告；
8.负责协助完成人事其他如员工关系、招聘和培训等相关事宜。
任职要求:
1.本科及以上学历，法律、人力资源、行政管理等相关专业。
2.具有2年以上人事相关工作经验；
3.了解国家以及上海市劳动法，当地法律法规和政策。
4.具备较强的应变、团队管理、工作安排、协调能力，独立处理紧急问题的能力；
5.善于人际沟通协调，责任心强，工作细心，具有团队合作精神。 举报 分享
