General Summary
This position is responsible for the local implementations of strategic plans to help meet the sales and marketing objectives on China market. Assist in planning, developing and executing of marketing activity and new product launch programs, merchandising and displays that enable achievement of China growth targets. This position will work closely with internal sales and marketing team and cross-functional teams (including operations, finance) and external distributor and EC partners in the execution of specific activity
program.

General Responsibilities
-Work together with Sales and Marketing team to develop and implement offline& online channel strategy, tactical campaigns, daily operation based on consumer insights and data analysis insights to drive account profitable & sustainable growth.
-Work with sales team to deliver revenue and volume targets for specific channels by focusing on sales drivers (assortment, pricing, merchandising/ promotions).
-Develop/use tracking and reporting tools to monitor the sales performance.
-Monitor annual trade expenditure to help superior control the ROI.

Branding and Products
-Co- Work with Regional Marketing team to implement brand campaigns both for online and offline.
-Help to monitor in-store branding and merchandising implementation in all channels, and try to improve brand exposure in China market.
-Co-work with regional marketing, sales and operation team for new product launch in all channels. And help to work out NDL schedule and related trade activities, ensure new products and trade supports implement successfully.
-Co-work with marketing for new product prelaunch preparation. Such as product name, Chinese labels, and related quality inspections.

Promotion and Activity Programs
-Co-work with sales and marketing team to work out customized promotions. Contribute innovations and propose new trade marketing activities, and coordinate sales team and other supporting team to ensure the best execution on specific channels.
-Pro-actively coordinate related departments for market information and support. Ensure related products and POP materials are properly listed, implemented and merchandising.
-Regular visit trade partners and stores to gain maximum support. Monitor and supervise the execution of each trade activity and make regular review for further improvement.
-Trade promotion budget plan & control, with detail by channel and spending type in accordance with company trade promotion strategy.
-Work with vendors for POP materials preparations on brand campaigns and channel merchandising programs execution.

Business/Category Analysis
-Analyze and define the category growth opportunities by channel, make proper suggestions to superior for decision making
-Analyze and review business data to provide further improvement action plans
-Identify potential opportunities, communicate those and recommend possible solutions to superior.
-Work out analysis report for key programs for offline and online. Facilitate best practice tool development and sharing.
-Collect and analyze competitors’ market information and activities, provide related reports and suggestions to superior.

Training Program
-Work closely with sales team to understand their training needs.
-Co-work with sales and marketing to develop training materials for distributor sales team.
-Work with sales manager and distributor to arrange annual training programs and schedules. And implement training programs according to annual training plan.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
-University degree or above;
-3+ years of trade marketing experience in FMCG industry;
-Very good communicator, and able to create good relations internally and externally;
-Analytical skills on the level of project KPIs evaluation;
-Good presentation skills.
-Pro-active to the challenge and passionate to the work;
-Fluent in English and Mandarin, oral and written;
-Proficient skill on Office, especially on Excel and Power Point;
