职位描述：
RESPONSIBILITIES:　
- Responsible for the entire website promotions, copywriting, communication and coordination with various departments to confirm the details to ensure that activities carried out smoothly.
- Develop annual, quarterly, monthly event planning program, budget, and forecast results.
- Manage marketing campaigns according to given budget to achieve defined targets on new customer acquisition and additional sales brought and ROI.
- Planning ahead and finished the regular activities and rapid response hotspots and emergencies, combining the characteristics of the site's own marketing plan.
- Make holiday marketing, event marketing and other marketing activities skillfully.
- Analysis and mining customer needs accurately, data presented ideas for planning activities, precise to meet user needs, data summary and analysis.
- Work closely with the marketing channel owners to ensure all the marketing promotions are well communicated and executed at all channels with consistency.
- Lead and plan all marketing channel resources to support the promotion of key events, closely communicate with merchandising departments to align the priorities, then brief and manage all marketing functions to plan thoroughly for the campaign and execute on time with good quality.
- Work closely with other teams (IT, creative, merchandising, BSM) to support daily work, lead and facilitate for project accomplishment.
- Continuously observe industry trends and proactively develop actions to react to changes.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Brand and creative sense
- Event experience
- Give priority to Account service from 4A agency or Trade Marketing manager
- Marketing working experience with fashion & luxury e-commerce, apparel vertical e-commerce or e-commerce department store.
- Project management experience, strong time-management skills.
- Proficient in both oral and written English
- Creative and have good knowledge and understanding of e-commerce marketing promotions.
- Strong luxury fashion sense and passionate about researching trends in the fashion industry.
- Strong visual, editorial and aesthetic sense.
- Demonstrated skills in managing complex processes with multiple business owners, making trade-offs against business priorities.
- Passion for metrics and quantitative analysis, and ability to turn analysis into actionable programs.
- Strong drive for execution and delivering results, detailed driven.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, and to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.
