职位描述：
岗位职责 Job Description：
1、根据公司综合发展战略规划，制定公司人力资源战略发展规划，为公司发展战略提供人才保障；Responsible for the strategic planning of human resource management according to the development of the company
2、负责公司人力资源管理的招聘、培训、绩效考核、薪酬福利、员工关系等工作的开展；Responsible for recruitment, training, performance evaluation, salary and employee relationship management
3. 负责公司社保、公积金账户的开设及维护 Responsible for opening the social insurance account and housing fund account
4. 制定公司薪酬体系、激励体系并负责实施, 以提高员工工作积极性和效率 Establish a fair salary system of the company and relevant motivation measures to improve productivity
5. 监督控制各部门绩效评价过程并不断完善绩效管理体系Monitor the performance evaluation process and make improvements
6. 生产线员工的日常有关环境、沟通、上级关系、违纪等各方面的沟通和处理Communicate and deal with the working environment, communication, relationship, and policy for the operators.
7、定期进行人力资源数据分析，提交公司人力资源分析报告Responsible for the human resource data analysis and submit the result report
8、负责组织起草、修改和完善人力资源相关管理制度和工作流程Responsible for drafting and improving the HR related regulations and work process
9、完成上级领导交办的其他事项工作Accomplish other duties assigned by the supervisor

任职要求 Requirements：
1、人力资源管理或相关专业本科及以上学历Bachelor degree or above in Human Resources or related major
2、2年以上人事工作经验，有外资企业相关工作经验者优先考虑 Minimum 2 years experience in HR field, work experience in multi-national company preferred
3、熟悉力资源管理各个职能模块的运作In-depth understanding of every functional modules of human resource management
4、熟悉国家、地区及企业关于合同管理、薪金制度、用人机制、保险福利待遇、培训等方面的法律法规及政策familiarity with China or local labor law and relevant regulations in terms of labor contract，salary，insurance and training
5、有处理特殊劳动关系（协保人员，征地工，退休人员） 的经验 Experience in dealing with special labor relations such rehiring retired workers
6、有开设社保和公积金账户的经验以及办理居住证的经验Experience in opening social insurance account and housing fund account as well as in applying for permanent resident permits for employees
7. 有出纳或会计经验者优先 Experience as cashier or in accounting preferred
8、较强的沟通、协调能力，责任心、事业心强 Strong interpersonal and communication skills, a strong sense of responsibility and devotion
9、良好的英语沟通能力Fluent in both spoken and written English
