职位描述：
POSITION SUMMARY:
As a key member of the Supply Chain team this individual will establish demand and planning procedure to ensure accurate forecasting and sustainable supplement. It includes ingredient/ non-food items demand planning, order placement as well as logistic & distribution inventory management and on-time delivery.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
? Develops and establish Demand & planning procedures with respective functions responsibilities to driving accurate figures
? Demand prediction and order planning in line with financial plan, ensuring to balance actual sales fluctuation and inventory availabilities.
? Closely monitor inventory movement upon sales usage and future prediction to indicate potential less/ over stock risks as early as possible to mitigate financial loss
? Responsible for all sku forecasting especially for top categories’ order plan to meet long and short term strategy
? Co-work with 3rd party logistic partners, ensuring all PO’s are manufactured and arrival on time
? Look after logistic suppliers’ perfect order performance and all kinds reporting
? Be in charge of all kinds of SCM reporting and data analysis, including cost saving & avoidance and annualized inflation/ deflation predication
? Lead and implement SCM system

REQUIREMENTS:
? Minimum of a BS degree with strong analytical thinking.
? 5-8 year experience, with a track record of success in demand planning or similar supply chain background.
? Knowledge of ingredient and recipe processing is highly preferred
? Logistics (SCM part) experience is a plus.
? Previous experience using SCM / ERP system to know workflow and reporting analytics required.
? Ability to prioritize and complete multiple tasks as well as work well under pressure in a fast paced environment. 举报 分享
