职位描述：
Senior Designer Requirements:

- 3-5 years’ experience
- Bachelor of Design or higher
- Must have worked client side
- Preferred to have agency experience
- Must be highly competent in Adobe design software (Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Highly experienced in dealing directly with business teams and marketing managers
- Needs to identify and ideate ideas for the business client quickly
- Able to quickly produce sketch mock ups as well as deliver full design solutions to satisfy client needs
- Can identify when work should be passed internally and is able to ask for and plan support to complete tasks
- Competent designing Web and App UI, experience in print
- Follows governance process, has keen eye for detail and always delivers high quality
- Comfortable working alone, is able to brief/direct a team if necessary
