Mission:
Manage and lead projects based on Final distribution port-folio following 5 main tasks: Initiate, Plan, Execute, Monitor & Control, Close
Ensure the realization of the project in time, in budget and in quality.
Study industrial feasibility and support management team for project priority and opening decision
Ensure functional management with appointed project team member, and define the need of resources and skill/competency.
Responsibilities:
For each project, to Initiate, to Plan, to Execute, to Monitor & Control, to Close
To conduct profitability and industrial feasibility of projects
To understand the objectives, define the scope, performance (time, cost, quantity, specification...)
Realize risk management and solve problems to achieve initial objectives
Define scenarios, actions, resources and investments
Obtain, monitor resources, and identify necessary tools/training to team members
Obtain budget to realize the project
Launch, coordinate and monitor resources & actions
Communicate and report progress, orientations & problems to management & team members
Communicate with project team and specially with marketing team to validate project orientation and choice.
Lead the team to achieve the aggressive goals on cost, quality and time
Requirements:
Bachelor degree of Engineering of university
3 years as Industrial position including 1 year functional management experience
English + Chinese / French is a plus,
MS Office, MS project, AutoCAD/Pro-E is a plus
