RESPONSABILITIES:
- Management the industrialisation and product enhancements from concept through manufacture
- Coordinate the global implementation of design and manufacturing change
- Responsibilities of Industrial Performance analysis and improving

MISSIONS:
Lead industrialization projects during PEP, PMP and processes improving. Management the industrialization change communication.
1.Support defines and set up manufacturing tools and strategy:
- Perform design for Product/PCBA manufacturing analysis DFM,DFT, DFA and DFX
- Draft PFMEA, Process Industrialization Plan, Product Quality Control Specification and Plan
- Support R&D team to follow =S= industrial requirements and standards
- Take in account burn in
- Calculate Product/PCBA manufacturing costs
- Validate projects investments and lead time
- Drive all technical points' solutions, including test strategy.
- Validate and take in account all new technologies

2.Global responsibilities of manufacturing change:
- To decide the change is acceptable at product and PCBA level
- Define industrial action plan for the evolution
- Define the global budget and manage it
- Define the complete schedule
- Define the local action plan
- Support local team (knowledge, skills...)

3.Industrial Performance analysis and improving:
- Deploy =S= Production System (SPS) principles in the plant through projects and Kaizen events
- Monitor local industrial efficiency and productivity
- Organize local SPS training program
- In charge of monthly industrial performance report
- Prepare SPS audits

Requirements:
- Electrical engineer or related university degree
- 8 years above in EMS industry, NPI experience is preferred.
- Lean manufacturing &/or lean office
- Industrial excellence knowledge
- Functional management ability
- Good oral and written English
- Good communication and cross-cultural spirit
