Description of Role
Customer service is at the heart of our business, we’re looking for someone to join our growing team of customer service specialists who make every customer interaction amazing!
You’ll be doing the following plus more!
Helping customers through WeChat, email and phone
Administration of the ticketing website
Speaking with promoters, venues and event organizers
Collaborate with other departments (Admin, BD, tech and management) to manage reputation and coordinate actions
Qualifications
ou’ll be someone who either already works within the startup space or who wants to get out of the big company way of life and work for an innovative startup who’s out to change the way people fill their free time.
You’ll be experienced but more importantly, willing to try and test new things, and work outside your comfort zone.
Native Chinese language skills with a grasp of both spoken and written English
Organized
Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organisational ability
Confident with speaking to customers on the phone, by WeChat or by email.

Hours per week: Full time
