职位描述：
Responsibilities:
1, responsible for the daily income management and verification;
2, the office of the basic accounting check;
3, responsible for the collection and review of the original documents, to ensure that the reimbursement procedures and the original documents of legality, accuracy;
4, responsible for the registration of cash, bank deposit journal and accurate input system, the preparation of bank reconciliation;
5, responsible for the number of vouchers, binding, archiving, archiving, financial information;
6, responsible for the issuance of bills;
7, responsible for the procurement of office supplies, classification, the establishment of procurement files, with the registration and monthly production cost statistics;
8, responsible for the management of public health and environmental safety and fixed assets management;
9, air tickets, hotel orders;
10, canteen, green management;
11, timely completion of other tasks assigned by superiors.

Requirement：
1、Education: college degree or above
2、Major in finance or accounting is preferred
3、Proficiency in office software, PPT, Excel, word documentation
4、Careful, strong sense of responsibility, team work spirit, good communication skills
5、If the internship period is good, you can turn to formal staff

岗位职责：
1、负责日常收支的管理和核对；
2、办公室基本账务的核对；
3、负责收集和审核原始凭证，保证报销手续及原始单据的合法性、准确性；
4、负责登记现金、银行存款日记账并准确录入系统，按时编制银行存款余额调节表；
5、负责记账凭证的编号、装订，保存、归档财务相关资料；
6、负责开具各项票据；
7、负责公司办公用品的采购，归类，建立采购档案，领用登记并每月制作费用统计明细；
8、负责管理公共环境卫生与安全及固定资产的管理；
9、机票、酒店的订购；
10、食堂、绿化的管理；
11、及时完成上级交代的其他工作事务。

要求：
1、学历：大专以上
2、专业：财务专业或有会计上岗证优先考虑/
3、熟练操作办公室软件，ppt,excel,word文档
4、细心，责任心强，有团队协作精神，善于沟通
