职位描述：
Equities Production Services is one of the most challenging and potentially rewarding areas to work within Citi Equities Technology. The application stack consists of a significant number of interwoven applications and components providing functions around trading, analytics, pricing, PnL, risk management, batch processing and reporting for end users in many locations across the globe. Underpinning all of those applications are core data applications concerned with reference data and data flow between applications. The entire Equities platform is currently undergoing major engineering work and as such there is a need to maintain and improve stability for the existing platform whilst driving supportability improvements and enabling safe implementation of the new platform.
 
The role entails working in and developing a new team in Shanghai, developing deep application expertise for a suite of data-related applications, driving and tracking projects around stability and service improvement, incident resolution and follow-up activities and providing strategic technical solutions to the risk support footprint within the region.
 
The Production Services group consists predominantly of business-facing teams in Hong Kong, Singapore, Japan, Australia, Korea and Indonesia. The role would be to provide an in-depth technical support for the data applications working in tandem with global and regional teams.
 
The successful candidate will be working closely with his/her peers in the region as well as partner teams in North America, forming a global follow-the-sun team. The ideal candidate should be technically astute, well organized, and proactive and also be comfortable discussing issues mainly with other Production Services and Application Development staff. The successful candidate is expected to provide hands-on technical support for a variety of different applications and technologies across the data space. He / She also need to possess good multi-tasking skills. The candidate must be willing to participate in the work shift rota. It is anticipated that this role will involve a lot of hands-on work – so technical skills are essential.






Required Skills & Experience:
? Demonstrable track record of hands-on application support experience
? Ability to develop scripts/tools for process improvement and automation
? Experience using call/ticketing software and exposure to ITIL methodologies around Change, Incident and Problem management
? Ability to communicate well in written and verbal English at all levels.
? Self-motivated
? Strong organizational skills.
Desired Skills/Experience:
? Experience in supporting Equities systems, preferably for data management systems and surrounding components
? Degree in Computer Science or related discipline
? Database - (SQL/Sybase) - Unix/Linux
? ITRS monitoring tools exposure and experienced in managing ITRS gateways
? Knowledge of Equities front/middle/ back office processes and technology
? Excellent scripting knowledge in UNIX/Perl/Python. 举报 分享
