Principal Accountabilities 主要职责:
1. Prepare, scale up and purify new target compounds and known compounds for in vitro and in vivo evaluation.
2. Independently propose and explore synthetic routes to specific target compounds, demonstrating advanced technical skills.
3. Demonstrate a high degree of independence in evaluating and solving synthetic problems.
4. Understand and effectively conduct and interpret laboratory experiments utilizing established internal and existing literature procedures.
5. Present progress and new proposals in various forums, including external meetings, in English.
Maintain a high level of professional expertise through familiarity with scientific literature
7. Maintain an accurate and current lab notebook and analytical data according to RRDCC lab notebook SOP.
8. Maintain a safe and organized work environment.

Qualification 岗位任职资格
1. A Ph. D degree in organic chemistry or medicinal chemistry, or an MS degree in organic/medicinal chemistry with at least 3 years experience in organic synthesis.
2. Perform synthetic on small (mg) and large (kg) scale.
3. Ability to work in computer and new technology oriented research environment.
4. Experienced in analysis and purification technology for organic compounds.
5. Good communication skills as well as an ability to work in a multi-function team.
6. Ability to read and write in English, and be able to effectively communicate.
