Principal Accountabilities 主要职责

Works within a multi-disciplinary team of scientists to ensure successful delivery of antiviral drug discovery program from exploratory to lead optimization stage;
Initiate and execute research activities related to identification and characterization of antiviral targets;
Design and implement various in vitro and in vivo studies to elucidate molecular mechanism of drug action, drug interaction, drug resistance, and efficacy;
Prepare standard operational protocols, study reports and high-quality manuscripts
Other related duties as required, including organizing and maintaining virology laboratory and training junior scientists
Be capable of working in a flexible schedule to meet deadlines.

Qualification 岗位任职资格

Candidate should hold a Master degree. in virology, molecular biology or a related field and have more than two years of research experience;
Candidate should be proficient in conducting experiments involving in biochemistry, molecular biology, enzymology, pharmacology and cell-based assays; have handson experience in animal handling and disease mondel; be capable of learning new scientific knowledge and experimental techniques quickly; be able to multi-task, trouble-shoot, and deliver results in a fast-paced company environment.

Candidate should communicate and collaborate efficiently with co-workers, and be able to record and present results in both English and Chinese.
