Department: procurement

Description :
· Be in charge of Research Service category for pRED China, work closely with local DTA and enabling functions, to ensure the delivery of required service with reasonable price, help to identify qualified CRO vendors for long term collaboration.
· Be in charge of procurement activities associated with SHE and Facility (building) Management (incl. interior fittings and small renovation project) in pRED China.
· Ensure the compliance and efficiency of local transactional procurement process within the responsible categories – provide support to the development and implementation of the local procurement SOP.
· Take the role of ‘training manager’ of RSM system. To answer questions from pRED China employees or coordinate with system support team locally and globally to facilitate the problem solving. To organize the communication and internal training to employees when needed.
· Be responsible for the contract management process for local procurement department (include electronic process).
· Proactively communicate with suppliers to establish and maintain long term partnership with win-win solution, and implement effective vendor evaluation and SRM.
· Support the procurement team to deliver and achieve the objectives of the department and the company.

Qualification:
· Bachelor in economics, management, accounting or relevant areas, biology relevant knowledge and experience is a must. CPM is preferred to have.
· Excellent communication skills; have good understanding of business process for procurement (incl. procurement system and ERP system); customer and result oriented mindset; good English communication ability both in written and spoken; capable to work independently whilst good team player.
