职位描述：
Objective
Responsible cross functions: finance, accounting, project control, HR and business commercial affairs. Liaising with banks, taxes, and other external service providers.

Main tasks:
- Maintain the internal and external accounting, prepare all the financial reports(internal group and external government required)
- Project control, profitability analysis for project executed and cash flow management
- Ensuring liquidity through appropriate collection activities and payment schedule
- Accounting documents book keeping
- Tax declaration including VAT, IIT and corporate income tax
- Manage the payroll and conduct the correct disbursement
- Maintain the accounts with the bank
- Conduct budget planning, maintain the accounts statements
- Outsource the logistics and handle the import and export procedures
- Handle all payments inclusive of taxes, duties etc.
- Oversee and manage all necessary administrative functions
- Lease with external auditing companies for regular audit checks
- Handle all issues with the Tax Office, and the Business Administration Office, and other authorities

Qualification Guidelines :
- This position requires a person with a strong background in finance & controlling with projects. The candidate must have at least 5 years relevant experience, preferably also in cross functional environments.
- A candidate with a self starting attitude and a lot of resilience is wanted. The candidate should have excellent personality and communication skills in English language.
