Job Description:

职位描述：

1. Fully support manufacturing department to meet the output scheduled by production controller and the yield set by both manufacturing and engineering departments.

全力支持制造部按时完成生产计划员制定的量产计划并达到预定的良率。

2. Within safety guidelines troubleshoot, perform Root Cause Analysis, and resolve various issues arising from mass production.

排除故障，进行产品不良分析并提出相应的改善措施。

3. Within safety guidelines optimize processing parameters to improve yield and conversion rate of solar cells.

优化工艺参数以提高现有产品的良率和转换率。

4. Within safety guidelines improve the stability and increase the productivity of existing process equipment.

提高现有设备的稳定性及其生产率。

5. Develop training programs, write up training documents and train new engineers and operators in manufacturing department.

制定新进工程师和操作员的培训计划、撰写培训资料并负责对其进行培训。

6. Write up documents of process specifications and manufacturing procedures.

撰写工艺规格文件、制造文件 。

Requirements:

要求：

1. Bachelor degree or above in engineering.

工程学士以上。

2. At least two years working experience in IC, solar, or TFT fabs as process or manufacturing engineer.

至少有两年以上半导体、面板或太阳能的工艺或制造工程师的工作经验。
