工作职责：
* 负责整个制作部设计工作的分配及管理
* 与印刷厂联络，负责公司所有产品印刷质量及流程管理
* 控制所有产品的设计制作时间表制定及执行
* 与销售及编辑部门充分合作，按时完成所有产品的排版设计
* 负责部分摄影工作

要求：
* 大专以上学历，主修平面设计的优先
* 至少3年以上平面媒体排版设计或印刷管理的经验
* 擅于沟通，基本英语口语能力
* 熟悉Indesign，Photoshop及Illustrator软件
* 时间管理能力强，有一定的领导力
* 掌握摄影基本技术与一定技巧
* 能在压力下独立完成工作

RESPONSIBILITIES:

· 1-3 years of experience in magazine and print journalism is essential. (Web experience a plus.)

· Work independently on company and client projects (magazines, books, websites and advertisements)

· Work with Art Director and Design Supervisor

· Multi-task different design and production projects at one time

· Collaborate flexibly with design staff, editorial staff and marketing staff

· Ensure production quality of final printed products

· Support all departmental and company goals

REQUIRED COMPETENCIES / EXPERIENCE:

· Knowledge of Adobe CS3 for print production - InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator

· Strong communication skills

· Knowledge of Chinese with English (Bi-lingual necessary)
