职位描述：
Position: Sr. Area Supervisor 职位名称：高级区域主管
Reports to: Production Manager 汇报对象：生产经理
Location: Taicang 工作地点：太仓

主要职责KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
？ Reduce Cost of operations.
负责降低生产成本。
？ Follow up and continual improve Quality, Productivity and Efficiency.
负责跟进和持续改善产品质量、生产力以及生产效率。
？ Production Planning and Delivery on Time to Customer.
严格执行生产计划和按时到达客户交付时间要求。
？ Improve Process Flow and eliminate Waste (Lean Mfg).
负责优化生产流程和消除生产浪费（通过精益生产进行实现）。
？ Participate actively in New Product and Process Development (PPAP, FMEA, etc.).
积极参与新产品开发和导入。
？ Establish and follow Continuous Improvement Program.
负责建立与跟进持续改善项目。
？ Timely Guide, Handle, Coordinate and Solve Technical issues during Operational Process.
负责按时指导、处理、协调和解决生产过程中的技术问题。
？ Responsible for Operational Standardization (SOP).
负责执行和优化标准化生产流程。
？ Active promoter of Safety Rules and Programs, and Safety Risk Analysis.
积极推进和执行安全生产标准和优化项目，负责安全生产风险分析与评估。
？ Continuously support staff and labor operators training programs.
持续支持员工的培训。
？ Establish the Monthly Report.
定期完成月度报告。
？ Promote the Qualification/Certification of Core Competence skills.
负责团队关键岗位人员的专业培训和授证培训。
？ Budget and Expenses Control.
负责管控本生产区域的预算和费用管控。
？ Keep the integrity of assets of the assigned area.
负责本区域内固定资产的盘点。
？ Be responsible for calculating the raw material request and take it into the internal system.
负责将本区生产涉及的原材料需求通过公司内部系统提交申请。
？ Be responsible for outsourcing request based on the working status.
根据生产区域内的工作情况及时提交外协申请。

职位要求JOB REQUIREMENTS:
？ Minimum education requirement:最低学历要求：
Engineering, technical, etc.工程或技术专业等。
？ Professional & technical:专业&技能：
Mechanic Designing, Manufacturing Engineer, Industrial Engineer, Administrative Engineer.
机械设计、工业工程、生产管理等。
？ Work Experience: 工作经验：
1. More than 5 years experience in Operations or Production Management.
5年以上营运或生产管理相关工作经验。
2. Highly familiarized with Steel Metal Processes and Equipment like Flame Cutting, Welding, Punching and Bending Machines, Powder Coating and other metal process equipment.
精通钢材加工和相关工艺设备，如：火焰切割、焊接、冲压、折弯、粉末喷涂等其它相关工艺及相关设备使用。
3. Good knowledge and implementation experience of Lean Manufacturing Techniques and Improvement Projects.
具备关于精益生产的专业知识和实际管理与操作经验，主导或参与过相关精益生产优化项目。
4. Good knowledge and coordination on Continuous Improvement Projects execution and at least 3 years experience of Team Management.
具备生产管理方面的持续改善项目经验和相关专业知识。至少3年及以上团队管理经验。
5. Good knowledge and management of Budget and Projects Control.
具备项目管控和预算控制的专业知识及管理经验。
？ Skills:技术：
1. Skilled in “waste” elimination.
具备损耗控制的技能。
2. Good knowledge and Lean Manufacturing Implementation is a plus.
具备精益生产的专业知识和实操经验为佳。
3. Dimension and Tolerances Interpretation on Engineering Drawings.
可以读懂工程图纸。
4. Green Belt or Black Belt Six SIGMA training is a plus.
具备六西格玛绿带或黑带为佳
5. Good level in speaking, reading and writing English skills.
